Business Development Manager

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

One of our clients specializing in implementing business solutions tailored to their clients' distinct business visions and objectives is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their team further.  

You will be responsible in:

Actively contributing to business growth through client acquisition and professional account management.

Analyzing ERP and CRM business requirements and processes.

Generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.

Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and report on progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in ERP and CRM consultancy
  • 3+ years experience in Business Development, Sales & Commercial Management
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Eyesel, Acumatica, Shireburn, SAP, Salesforce, Sage and other ERP/CRM platforms would be highly advantageous.
  • Display good communication and presentation skills

Education and Experience

  • Have a tertiary level degree in IT and/or Business and/or Marketing.
