Business Development Executive
South of Malta | Starting from €25,000 Annually
Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:
Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, creating a professional and positive first impression.
Handle client enquiries in person, via phone, and email with clarity and professionalism.
Prepare accurate quotations and project tenders for aluminium, steel, and uPVC systems.
Follow up on submitted quotations, identify additional client needs, and support deal closure.
Develop and maintain new business relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and project stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance to clients, recommending suitable systems and solutions for their projects.
Coordinate site visits and appointments for the Window Technician, ensuring smooth handovers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy in production and a seamless customer experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and system developments to enhance client advice.
Manage deposits and final payments in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare and maintain complete documentation for production, including signed contracts, deposit records, and measurement sheets.
Monday to Friday
Shift A: 08:00 – 16:30
Shift B: 09:30 – 18:00
(Includes a 30-minute break.)
Saturday
Week in, Week out – 08:00 – 12:00 (paid as over time)
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
Sales-oriented with excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities
Education and Experience
Previous experience in sales, showroom operations, or construction-related products preferred
Experience working with contractors, architects, or project-based sales is an advantage
Basic technical understanding of aluminium, steel, and uPVC systems (or willingness to learn)
Must be based in Malta, holding local experience in the above
Must be proficient in both Maltese & English in both written and verbal
