Our client is looking for a high-potential Account Executive who’s ready to take the next step. You might currently be in Business Development or Sales, already hitting targets, and eager for greater responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Proactively source and close new business through outbound outreach and inbound follow-ups
Deliver compelling product demos and tailor conversations to financial decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
Partner closely with the Sales team and collaborate across the organisation
Record all sales activity in the CRM and maintain accurate data for forecasting and reporting
Develop long-term client relationships by understanding challenges and supporting their growth
Continuously learn and adapt within a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and resilience
Education & Experience:
2+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR or Junior AE), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong interest or background in fintech or financial products (e.g., FX, payments, virtual cards)
Experience selling to or engaging with Finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Finance, Treasury teams)
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Comfort working in a remote-first, startup environment
A growth-driven attitude — both personally and professionally
