Our client, a technology solutions provider, is looking to grow their Sales Team and bring in a Business Development Executive .
What you'll be doing
Understand and advocate : Learn our products deeply and communicate their value to customers.
Guide with integrity: Offer honest, strategic advice to help clients grow and thrive.
Pursue opportunities: Actively seek and capture new business with determination.
Strive for excellence: Reject mediocrity and continuously improve yourself and the company.
Build strong relationships : Earn clients’ trust through integrity, expertise, and authentic connections.

Requirements
You have a natural talent for sales, backed by a strong track record in previous commercial roles.
You’re confident working independently—you know your craft and consistently close deals.
You’re motivated by targets and thrive on standing out in a competitive environment.
You’re curious about how businesses operate and recognize the impact of technology on their success.
A technical background is a plus, and while a technical degree is ideal, it’s not essential.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Maltese
