Our client, a technology solutions provider, is looking to grow their Sales Team and bring in a Business Development Executive

What you'll be doing

  • Understand and advocate: Learn our products deeply and communicate their value to customers.
  • Guide with integrity: Offer honest, strategic advice to help clients grow and thrive.
  • Pursue opportunities: Actively seek and capture new business with determination.
  • Strive for excellence: Reject mediocrity and continuously improve yourself and the company.
  • Build strong relationships: Earn clients’ trust through integrity, expertise, and authentic connections.

An attractive remuneration package driven by targets and commission is being offered for the role.

Requirements

  • You have a natural talent for sales, backed by a strong track record in previous commercial roles.
  • You’re confident working independently—you know your craft and consistently close deals.
  • You’re motivated by targets and thrive on standing out in a competitive environment.
  • You’re curious about how businesses operate and recognize the impact of technology on their success.
  • A technical background is a plus, and while a technical degree is ideal, it’s not essential.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Maltese

Education and Experience

  • A Degree in IT is preferred
