Our client, a local leading importer and distributor, is looking to recruit a B2B Sales Representative to grow their team. Responsibilities include:
- Present, advocate, and market products/services using persuasive arguments to both current and potential customers through various channels including cold-calling and networking opportunities.
- Conduct thorough analyses of cost-benefit and customer needs to effectively address their requirements.
- Foster and sustain positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through proactive outreach efforts such as cold calling and networking.
- Streamline the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Attain agreed-upon sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and optimize results.
- Evaluate the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales performance, and provide regular status reports to management.
- Furnish management with detailed reports outlining customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and promotional strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously enhance skills through self-directed research, training opportunities, and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and identify customer needs.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Education and Experience
- Knowledge of IT products and their market dynamics is a must.
