B2B Sales Executive

  South of Malta  |  up to €30,000 Annually 

Our client, an international distribution company is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for securing new business across Europe. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the account management team. Your duties will include;

  • Conducting outbound calls to generate new leads and customers, actively seeking out potential clients
  • Utilizing CRM software, such as Hubspot, to manage and qualify leads effectively, directing them to appropriate distribution channels or handling them personally
  • Persuading qualified leads to convert into customers, providing necessary information and encouragement
  • Managing customer relationships to encourage repeat business, transitioning contacts to account managers after three successful orders
  • Coordinating with logistics and account management teams to ensure promised services are delivered satisfactorily
  • Maintaining detailed records of all interactions and activities within the Hubspot system, including calls and messages
  • Focusing on expanding business into new territories, actively seeking opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing workflows, including email templates and onboarding processes, to streamline operations and enhance service
  • Striving to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit required sales reports promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales is desirable
  • Able to work independently and show/take ownership
  • Able to speak and write in a professional level of English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good at building relationships
  • Willing to work with CRM tools (user experience and accurate record keeping)
  • Based Locally

Education and Experience

  • Diploma level of education or better would be an asset
