B2B Executive

  Central Malta  |  Up to €24,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking a motivated B2B Executive (Full-Time Reduced (30hr/week)) to drive partnerships with corporate clients in the taxi and ride-sharing sector. This role combines sales, account management, and client success, helping businesses optimise employee transport while supporting ESG and wellbeing initiatives.

The Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients.
  • Present mobility solutions to HR, CSR, and operations leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Provide ongoing account management and after-sales support.
  • Track client usage and report on impact (cost savings, ESG outcomes, employee engagement).
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver customised transport solutions.
  • Stay updated on mobility, sustainability, and corporate transport trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Knowledge of ESG, mobility, or transport sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Maltese; other languages advantageous.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving targets.
