Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Food Quality Manager (FMCG). Your responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of all areas of all quality assurance programs including the quality control department, staff training, developing quality metrics, internal and external audits and supply chain compliance
Working closely with the Managing Director and the Factory Operations Manager lead product development programs
Addressing technical issues such as safety, identification of nutritional values, and other regulatory compliance
Working closely with the Managing Director and marketing team identifying trends, opportunities and assisting in market studies
Liaising with the Finance Team and assisting the MD, help identify areas of concern and identify solutions

Candidates must have strong business accumen

Education and Experience
Possessing a science degree, with particular preference to food technology
