The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that dairproducts are according to quality standards and that the company’s Food Safety Management System is adhered to.
Responsibilities
Handling quality functions related to milk purchase, processing, and filling.
Ensuring cleaning and hygiene SOPs related to all the above are followed.
To perform various laboratory tests.
Carrying out quality control and laboratory duties as directed by the QA Manager.
Generating appropriate records for all work involved.
Collaborating and coordinating with other departments.
Skills & Experience
Must have Level 4 (‘A’ level) or Level 5 (Diploma) standard of education in a related subject, ideally chemistry.
Key understanding on fundamental chemical/biological principles.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.
Written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese languages.
Computer literacy using Microsoft Office applications.
