Production Documentation Executive

A well-established manufacturing company specialising in the development and production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Finished Dosage Forms is currently seeking to recruit a Production Documentation Executive to join its growing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, edit, and maintain production documentation, including:

1.   Batch Manufacturing Records
2.   Packaging Records
3.   SOPs
4.   Proformas
5.   Logbooks
6.   Other GMP-related documentation

• Support production packaging launches and related activities
• Assist manufacturing operations in line with company procedures and policies
• Support the planning and scheduling of manufacturing activities
• Assist in training production personnel
• Evaluate scientific and operational data generated within the department
• Participate in deviation investigations and root cause analysis when required

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another related Science discipline is a must
• Previous experience within a GMP or production environment is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience using SAP would be considered an advantage
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Skilled at multitasking and managing deadlines efficiently
