Our client is looking to employ a Quality Management and Operational Excellence Executive. Reporting to the Quality Management & Operational Excellence Manager you will support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and operational processes, promote a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement and ensure systematic and effective quality control across the organisation.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
Act as the main contact for quality-related matters across departments
Review, validate, document, and control policies and procedures
Manage controlled documents and document management systems
Plan and support quality audits and follow-up on findings
Deliver training, coaching, and guidance on quality practices
Support quality control and operational excellence initiatives
Assist in IT system testing and maintain standard templates
Identify, analyse, and improve processes using root-cause and cause-effect analysis
Lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Gather stakeholder input, recommend solutions, and document improved processes
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
Experience in quality management and/or process improvement
Strong knowledge of quality and continuous improvement principles
Experience in document control and policy/procedure writing
Experience with root-cause analysis and cross-department collaboration
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal English
Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science (or equivalent)
