Our client, a worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions, are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety and Environment compliance for a manufacturing site in Malta. Responsible for developing and implementing the QHSE management system in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring full regulatory and company compliance. The role includes leading internal and external audits, monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing corrective and preventive actions. Reporting to the Site Manager your responsibilities will include:
Oversee operational quality, environmental performance, and health & safety activities
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure appropriate corrective actions
Ensure emergency response plans are in place, tested, and the site is prepared for incidents or crises
Ensure compliance with all legal permits and regulatory requirements
Support production teams with quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Analyse customer complaints and drive root cause analysis with corrective/preventive actions
Support new product introduction processes and quality control requirements
Lead and manage a team of quality specialists
Act as the main point of contact for regulators, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Management, including 5 years in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
