Our client, who is involved in investments is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing group-wide projects that support the firm’s operations. This position ensures that effective processes and practices are in place across the organisation, with a focus on maximising efficiency, improving productivity, and driving operational excellence through process analysis and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Group Head of Operational Projects in managing and delivering group-wide projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Government Advisory), POs, and DOs to ensure projects positively impact both the firm and daily operations.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of online tools and systems to better serve staff and client needs.
- Contribute to the creation, improvement, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities and additional services, such as concierge and international banking.
- Maintain consistency and quality standards by updating and refining SOPs across the organization.
- Review and evaluate current working practices, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and systems, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Group Head of Operational Projects as required.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within a corporate environment.
- Experienced in driving improvements to process quality and operational standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Excellent command written and spoken English.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or advanced qualification will be considered an asset.
