Project Site Supervisor

  Central Malta  |  Up to €26,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a a Project Site Supervisor to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

  • Lead and supervise teams of installers on multiple sites.
  • Oversee and participate in electrical, earthing, and lightning protection works.
  • Conduct on-site testing and accurate measuring of completed installations.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Work safely on high roofs and tall buildings as required by the job.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project management team.
  • Work independently and manage site activities without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • Ability to supervise teams and manage site logistics.
  • Comfortable working at heights (on roofs and tall buildings).

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in similar work (electrical, lightning protection, earthing systems).
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (spoken and written).
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid car driving licence.
  • Clean police conduct.
