Lead and coordinate all contractors and subcontractors on site for new developments and associated services.
Act as the primary point of contact with architects, consultants, and local authorities on infrastructure-related projects, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Oversee site activities to confirm confirming adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate all interior trades including flooring, painting, fixtures, bespoke joinery, and FF&E, while ensuring alignment with brand standards, safety regulations, and operational readiness.
Monitor project programmes, progress, and productivity against agreed timelines.
Chair site meetings and produce progress reports and formal meeting minutes.
Manage snagging processes by conducting site inspections, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring timely close-out by subcontractors.
Oversee commissioning and testing of building systems including HVAC, M&E, and ELV.
Supervise final finishes, installations, and quality inspections to ensure spaces are guest-ready ahead of operational handover.
Manage the final handover process to the operations team.
Carry out additional duties within scope and competency as required.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in a Project Manager role within luxury finishes.
Background in hospitality or luxury fit-out projects is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors and manage compressed project schedules.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and sequencing, with the ability to track progress, mitigate risk, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and operations teams.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD is considered an asset.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.
