A new role of a Project Manager is now available with a leading contractor company that's involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects. Reporting to the Director, your duties will include;
Planning, managing, and implementing projects, holding primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives;
Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables;
Allocating resources, planning and scheduling project timelines;
Supervising sites and monitoring any variations in plans;
Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, third-party employees, and other stakeholders;
Approving construction samples as per specifications;
Attending to commissioning runs or certification activities, and handling full documentation of projects;
Managing of a team;
Understanding the implications of Health and Safety Regulations.
Requirements

Time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
A valid driving license.
Able to work flexible hours.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
Management qualification and project management experience in engineering services or construction is essential.
Use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practice.
