A leading international company in the Maritime industry are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

To coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers for the proper execution of projects.
To define the purpose and objectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
To develop a detailed project implementation plan and monitor its execution.
Supervise all aspects of the project.
To set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, work plans, and related costs.
To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
To ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Required a Bachelor's Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or a similar experience preferably in the Marine sector, or previous experience in the field compatible with the role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail.
Team leader aptitude.
