Our client, a leading player within the Real Estate industry, is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of our real estate projects.
Manage interior design projects from initial brief to final handover, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Act as the main liaison between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Coordinate day-to-day operations on-site, conduct regular site visits, and monitor progress.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Track project milestones and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Uphold quality control across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Deliver exceptional client service with proactive and transparent communication.
Requirements

Education and Experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans
Proven experience in project management, ideally within the residential, construction, or property sector
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
