Project Manager – Finishes

A new role is now available with a leading contractor company. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Finishes to oversee and deliver high-quality finishing works on their projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior finishes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

• The Key Responsibilities are:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all finishing activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth workflow.
• Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing finishing works within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and quality standards for finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
