We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects. Acting as the key link between site and office operations, this role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
The successful candidate will play a central role in managing daily site activities, coordinating resources, supporting site teams, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and manage daily project activities across multiple sites
- Ensure works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Monitor progress against timelines and budgeted labour hours
- Support Site Supervisors to maintain productivity and operational efficiency
Resource & Logistics Management
- Coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment in line with project schedules
- Ensure site teams are adequately equipped to complete tasks effectively
- Manage the allocation and transfer of labour, tools, and equipment across sites
Site Support & Team Management
- Act as a technical point of reference for Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Tradesmen
- Support site discipline, attendance tracking, and leave coordination
- Assess workforce capabilities and identify training needs
- Reinforce training through on-site guidance and coaching
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main liaison between site teams and office functions
- Ensure clear communication of updates, changes, and technical information
- Attend internal and client progress meetings, providing updates and feedback
- Collaborate with Estimating teams on new projects and variations
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Promote and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures
- Support implementation of RAMS and collaborate with Health & Safety representatives
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Report incidents, unsafe practices, and deviations promptly
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate site records, attendance logs, and project documentation
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and issues
- Support both site supervision and office-based reporting requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally within construction or technical environments
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of project management principles and site operations
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on understanding of site activities and trades is considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
