Our client is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager with strong hospitality expertise to lead large-scale branded hotel projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will act as client representative, overseeing design coordination, stakeholder management, and full project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Client Representative across the full project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate design from concept through execution.
Liaise with consultants, interior designers, hotel brands, and key stakeholders.
Transition projects from design phase into full project management.
Manage and coordinate the overall project team.
Create and manage an in-house project team when required.
Monitor timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Oversee procurement and tender coordination (with internal administrative support).
Review and assess tender submissions and related documentation.
Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
Maintain quality control throughout design and execution phases.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale hospitality projects, particularly with international hotel brands/chains.
Professionally qualified Architect, Engineer, or Structural Engineer will be given preference.
Strong technical background with excellent understanding of construction and design processes.
Proficient in AutoCAD (ACAD) – mandatory.
Working knowledge of Revit is required.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders.
