Our client, a growing Building Services Company specialising mainly in HVAC solutions for both industrial and domestic projects, is looking to recruit a Head of Projects. The company handles both new installations and maintenance, as well as plumbing and electrical related projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Engineering Projects Department
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Manage technical team and oversee internal structure and systems
Maintain and manage supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular system reviews and implement updates
Coordinate with external stakeholders for new system integrations
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors
Review and update company policies as required
Requirements
Preferably have Head of Projects experience or a similar Senior Management experience in an Engineering department
Having a good knowledge of HVAC systems is a MUST
Have extensive experience with Cloud Technologies and modern human computer interfaces
Preferably have front end and backend development experiences
Have strong leadership experience
Proven experience in project management
Have good understanding in agile methodologies
Education and Experience
Have a BSc/MSc in Building services or Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineer
