Head of Projects

Our clients operates mainly on HVAC catering from industrial to domestic usage. They cater both for new projects and maintenance. They also take on projects that are related to plumbing and electrical installations. As they are growing they would like to employ a Head of Projects to coordinate all the company projects, manage the technical team and implement new systems

The Role

• You will lead the Engineering Project Department
• You will ensure that projects are finished within established deadlines and as agreed with clients
• You will manage the internal structure and see that all systems are working well
• Supplier relationships fall under the remit of this role
• Ensure that compliance with safety regulations are met
• Ensure that systems reviews are made regularly and that system updates are scheduled when required
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new system integrations
• Coordinate works with subcontractors
• Review and update policies as required

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Preferably have Head of Projects experience or a similar Senior Management experience in an Engineering department
• Have extensive experience with Cloud Technologies and modern human - computer interfaces
• Preferably have front end and backend development experiences
• Have strong leadership experience
• Proven experience in project management
• Have good understanding in agile methodologies
• Having a good knowledge of HVAC systems is a MUST

Education & Experience

Have a BSc/MSc in Building services or Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineer
