A local, well-established Company operating within the FMCG industry is searching for an Operations Manager to continue strenghtening their team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor production metrics and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
Support the training and development of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste
New projects including overseeing Installation of new machinery and maintenance throughout the facility.
Health and Safety
Overseeing the company’s fleet
Enhancing the IT systems

Candidates must be working in Malta already
Strong team player, energetic, driven, and self-motivated
Strong diagnostic skills in equipment with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations management
In additon to the above, experience within HoReCa and/or the wine sector is highly desirable
