Studio & Sales Senior Coordinator

Our client, a local retailer, is recruiting for a Studio & Sales Senior Coordinator​. Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining high-tier environmental standards and managing physical inventory.
• Supervising staff and performing final quality audits on all outbound logistics.
• Engage with global suppliers to secure resources and maintain uninterrupted supply chain performance.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries and account management.
• Identifying new revenue channels and implementing strategies for niche market growth.
• Conducting off-site performance reviews and brand alignment checks with distribution partners.
• Managing backend database entries and digital storefront configurations.
• Executing multi-channel outreach plans and leveraging CRM data for client retention.
• Handling the end-to-end financial lifecycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, and ledger accuracy.
• Handling Bills of Lading and statement of accounts. 
• Overseeing the complete logistics process from order intake to final dispatch.

Working hours: 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays : 09:00-17:30

Thursdays: 10:30-19:00

Saturdays: the employee must work two Saturdays per month from 09:00-13:00. When working on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be from 09:00-13:00.  

Requirements

• Excellent level of English and Maltese is a must (both written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good time-management skills.
• Someone proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of MS tools.
• Valid driving license.

Education and Experience

• Post secondary Level of Education is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
