Our client is looking to recruit an Sales & Operations Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the chosen candidate will:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Support departmental heads in executing company strategy and operational goals.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present operational reports for senior leadership and C-level meetings.
Assist the Managing Director in strategic discussions and follow-through actions.
Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments.
Execute structured reports with clear analysis and recommendations.
Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Enforce company policies consistently and diplomatically.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards.
Support leadership in maintaining structure during ongoing generational transitions.
Requirements
Excellent reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
Confident decision-maker with natural authority.
Highly personable and emotionally intelligent.
Education and Experience
Proven experience in Sales and Operations management is a must
Strong middle-management background with exposure to senior leadership within real estate is a must.
Experience managing people, processes, and performance.
Must be based in Malta and holding local experience.
