Sales & Bookings Coordinator (Shipping)

A well-established Company operating within International Shipping & Logistics, is searching for a Sales & Bookings Co-Ordinator to join an already established team within their Sales Department.

The primary responsibilities will include to:

• Primarily support the Sales Department by following up on Bookings received from our customers and liaising with our extensive network of Partners and Agents
• Ensure smooth and efficient processes for the arrival of our clients’ shipments and consignments through the management of consignments from Shippers to Receivers
• Coordinate with Clients, Partners and Agents.
• Update internal CRM application

Requirements

• Candidates must already be working in Malta
• Excellent command in English; Maltese preferred
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to all tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Education and Experience

• Secondary level of education, as a minimum
• Prior experience within a similar role, administration and/or shipping is a must
