Our client is an upcoming construction and development company. The company is being managed in a professional and corporate manner and prides in a high quality product offering. They are now seeking a Project Manager who isexperienced in construction and development who is ambitious and focused.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing building projects from initial planning through final completion.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations.
You will require thorough knowledge of Maltese construction laws and planning procedures.
The Project Manager must understand and comply with standards set by the Building and Construction Authority.
They must also be familiar with requirements established by the Planning Authority.
The Project Manager coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
You will prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
The role involves conducting regular site visits to ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to quality standards.
You will manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
