Project Administrator – Construction

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our Client, a long established Group of Companies with diversified operations are looking for a Project Administrator. Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Support the Project Manager with daily tasks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in monitoring schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Help with marketing and client communication.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain the site office.
  • Organise, attend, and minute meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Set up and maintain project cloud storage.
  • Handle incoming queries.
  • Coordinate with head office and group companies.
  • Assist with contractor administration.
  • Support project documentation and QA/QC.
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and payment processes.

Requirements

  • Must have has at least three years of administrative experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. We’re looking for independent, proactive individuals with a strong work ethic and high personal performance standards.
