Petrol Station Manager
Central Malta | Up to €36,000 Annually
Our client is looking to onboard a Petrol Station Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Directors, the chosen candidate will:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing of the station
- Manage fuel sales, retail operations, and occasional car wash services
- Handle cash control, daily reconciliations, invoicing, and debtor management
- Administer client accounts, including fuel prepayments and new account setup
- Liaise with local suppliers and monitor competitor pricing
- Prepare and manage staff wages
- Supervise a small team, ensuring proper cash handling and performance
- Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth operational flow across the site
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 06:30 - 16:30
Saturdays: till 13:30
Requirements
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Must hold a customer-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Education and Experience
- Experience in cash handling, administration, and/or accounting is a must
- Background in retail, fuel stations, or similar environments preferred
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting systems is an advantage
