Our client is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their growing team to runt he Projects department. Reporting to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:
Lead the Projects Team, managing all activities from sales handover to successful project completion.
Plan, schedule, and execute all project phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Coordinate with internal manufacturing facilities to align production with project schedules.
Collaborate closely with the Installation Team to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
Implement and maintain efficient project tracking, reporting, and communication systems.
Conduct final quality inspections before handover to clients, ensuring exceptional delivery standards.
Design and improve processes to streamline communication and workflow between sales, projects, factories, and installation teams.
Support and progressively lead company-wide installation operations, including retail site installations.
Oversee retail warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics as the role expands.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Education and Experience
Proven track record in project or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing, projects, or installation-focused environment.
Knowledge of health & safety standards in project environments.
Must be proficient in both Maltese and English bot verbal and written.
