Our Client, a well-established clients media organisation is seeking a Client Experience & Ops Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will collaborate with leadership and editorial teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client support. You will act as the key point of coordination for internal processes, client communications, and the delivery of high-profile digital media content.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Manage and optimise administrative and operational processes across multiple brands.
- Act as the main liaison with corporate clients and partners, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Provide support to sales and editorial teams with campaign coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain efficiency and organisation.
- Work alongside management to support brand performance and service delivery.
- Assist directors with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday : 09:00 - 17:30 , Friday: 09:00 - 16:30
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience in a corporate, B2B, or media environment considered an asset
- Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
- Tech-savvy and confident in using various digital tools and platforms
- Positive, proactive attitude with the maturity to work independently
