Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP users, driving retention and value.
- Build 1-to-1 relationships and create tailored offers for high-value players.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate market trends and optimize offers to maintain competitiveness.
- Identify and engage potential VIP users to expand the segment.
- Support team initiatives and generate reports as required.
Requirements
- Fluent in the German language (native or bilingual)
- 2+ years in iGaming in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
Education and Experience
- A Level standard of education or similar
- Willing to relocate to Malta
