With over 10 years of experience supporting the fast-moving iGaming industry, our client, a Boutique firm, is looking for a personable and commercially minded German speaking VIP Account Executive
Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP users, driving retention and player value.
- Build strong 1-to-1 relationships and deliver tailored offers.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends to inform strategy.
- Coordinate with CRM and team members to ensure effective communication and support.
- Act as a point of escalation and contribute to VIP campaign planning.
- Support team initiatives and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in the German language (native or bilingual)
- 2 years experience in iGaming CS or 1 year in iGaming VIP
- Strong communication skills
- Data Interpretation
Education and Experience
- A-Level Standard or similar
