Our client, operating in the Gaming industry, is looking for a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to join their team in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP clients with the goal of retaining and increasing their lifetime value.
- Develop one-on-one relationships with users, offering personalised services and tailored promotions.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and user behaviour patterns.
- Oversee budget performance and ensure KPIs are met, providing justification for variances as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offers to ensure our offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Respond to daily inquiries from VIP users regarding products such as games, payments, promotions, and rewards.
- Proactively identify and engage potential VIP users to grow the segment.
- Conduct profiling and segmentation of VIP clients to optimise engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure consistent and relevant communication with VIP users.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strengths in negotiation, conflict resolution, and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and prioritize actions effectively.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in iGaming Customer Support, or at least 1 year in a VIP Account Management role within the iGaming industry.
