A client of ours, operating a number of diverse interconnected Companies with their own specialized domains, is searching for a Student Recruitment Advisor to join their team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the Company's reach.
Responsibilities
- Strategically identify, develop, and close B2C sales opportunities through phone, email, and messaging.
- Create tailored solutions that align with client needs, fostering long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation within their offerings.
Requirements
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
- Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Resilient, attentive-to-detail and able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Candidates must have a flair for sales/business development, demonstrating hunger and eagerness to learn, deliver and advance
Education and Experience
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a must
- Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience in B2C sales
- O Level of Education as a minimum
