Sales Manager (FMCG)

  South of Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:   

  • Motivating and leading a team of sales representatives 
  • Devising and implementing sales plans 
  • Being able to negotiate with clients and principals on sales  
  • Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and maximize brand potential
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results 
  • Setting targets with sales team and overseeing the overall performance of your team
  • Monitoring key accounts and portfolios

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm

The position will require candidates to work from the office and visit clients at their premises

Requirements

  • FMCG or retail experience is a must
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Excellent communication in English and Maltese

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
