Our client, who is involved in investments is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Assistant. To support international residential and commercial property transactions, this role works closely with Client Advisors and Relationship Managers, providing accurate market insights, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global property transactions with up-to-date market data and partner information
- Assist clients with residential and/or commercial property sales and purchases
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, digital content, and promotional collateral
- Conduct lead generation and campaigns through CRM systems
- Coordinate documentation, contracts, and supporting materials
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide ad-hoc team support
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Interest in real estate, global investment, and related markets
- Marketing-oriented mindset with CRM and digital marketing exposure (or strong willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Marketing role
