The Office Administrator is a key support role responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a real estate office. This position ensures the office runs smoothly & provides excellent customer service to their clients.
Administrative and Agent Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and greeting visitors with a professional and friendly demeaner.
- Assist real estate agents with preparing and managing listing agreements, purchase agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
- Prepare closing files and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Manage agent schedules, calendars, and appointment bookings.
Office Operations:
- Oversee general office upkeep, including ordering supplies, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and marketing materials.
- Assist with basic book keeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing office expenses.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience ina similar role is a must
- A proactive and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable and proficient in using Google Docs and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in a professional context.
- An interest in or basic understanding of Google Analytics and content creation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a corporate tone.
