Our client is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Marketing Product Owner to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and ongoing performance optimisation.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with market insight to drive product strategy, positioning, and commercial success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that products are aligned with market needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and execute all stages of the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, collaboration with technical teams, positioning, defining product requirements, and overseeing launches.
- Develop product strategy documents outlining business cases, pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, high-level use cases, and product requirements.
- Analyze data to shape product and sales strategies, establish product objectives, support effective marketing communication plans, and maintain strong awareness of competitors.
- Work closely with brand and sales teams in the development and launch of products.
- Create clear product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company and its offerings across key market segments.
- Monitor daily performance against targets and implement plans, offers, and positioning strategies to achieve defined goals.
- Support management by preparing and tracking KPIs, producing reports and analyses, and responding to inquiries and requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including public speaking skills
- Eligible to live and work in Malta
