Our client is an upcoming construction and investment company. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Marketing Manager to join their team. It's a newly formed role as current marketing function is outsourced.
The Role
- You will report into the Managing Director
- You will take full ownership of the brand and you will take care of the growth strategy. You will be building the engine that drives the business to new heights.
- This is initially a standalone role for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy.
- You will have the freedom to shape the company identity, capture new market share, and directly influence the company's trajectory.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with the Director’s vision for rapid scaling.
- Establish and maintain a consistent "look and feel" across all touchpoints.
- Implement targeted campaigns to win new contracts.
- Manage the company website, SEO, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase completed projects and "behind-the-scenes" excellence.
- Create a strong digital market presence
Education and Experience
- You must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
- 3–5+ years in a generalist marketing role
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering a clear ROI
- Strong portfolio of content creation (writing and visual).
- You must be driven and have a great can do attitude
