Marketing Manager

Our Client, an international company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CEO you are required to lead the full marketing strategy and execution for a major retail shopping mall. The role involves working closely with tenants to plan promotions, support store openings, and strengthen customer engagement. It is a hands-on position that combines strategy with day-to-day execution across all marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing digital platforms (website, social media, email), 
• Driving footfall, building brand awareness, and improving the visitor experience
• Coordinating with external agencies, media, and PR partners, as well as reviewing performance insights to support continuous improvement.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably within retail or consumer-facing industries.
• Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
• Strong digital marketing and analytics skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Creative, strategic, and commercially minded.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, campaigns, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
