Marketing Manager

Our client, a reputable group of companies in the hospitality, intellectual property, and construction sector is looking to recruit an Marketing Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

  • Lead and mentor your marketing team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles;
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities within the team to maximize efficiency and collaboration;
  • Use data and market research to create business cases for marketing programs and campaigns;
  • Evaluate potential returns on investment (ROI) and recommend marketing tactics that align with business goals;
  • Create marketing programs that support specific objectives across different channels and segments;
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with the overall strategic marketing plan for AX Hotels;
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each program and measure their impact against stated objectives;
  • Use results to improve future campaigns and strategies;
  • Foster relationships with key industry players, agencies, and suppliers to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Explore partnerships and collaborations that can benefit your brands;
  • Develop a comprehensive annual marketing budget based on your strategic goals;
  • Track spending and adjust allocations as needed to ensure efficient use of resources;
  • Review marketing collateral for consistency with brand guidelines across all brands and channels;
  • Approve marketing materials to maintain high-quality standards;
  • Create a strategy for organic and paid content, events, publicity initiatives, and lead-generation campaigns for each brand;
  • Plan and execute a social media calendar tailored to each brand's target audience;
  • Develop engaging content for your website and other channels that attract and convert target groups;
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and reach;
  • Use analytics and market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences;
  • Modify advertising campaigns based on insights to improve effectiveness;
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns against goals and KPIs;
  • Use insights to adjust strategies and improve future campaigns;
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in international hotel marketing;
  • Encourage ongoing learning and professional development for your marketing team.


  • Strong understanding and experience in offline and online marketing
  • Commercial and result oriented mind-set, understanding of delivering target expectations
  • Capable to juggle multiple projects at once and can tackle competing priorities
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy, communication and PR stunts
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience as Marketing Manager in the Hospitality Industry is a must
  • University Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in mentoring and managing a marketing team
