Our client, a leading company within the real estate industry, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Execute and support marketing activities across digital and offline channels
- Assist in planning and implementing campaigns, contributing ideas and strategy input
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms
- Create and adapt marketing content (social media, newsletters, flyers, banners, etc.)
- Plan, manage, and publish social media content, including copywriting and design
- Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, articles, and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, suppliers)
- Negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and handle purchase orders
- Support event planning, promotion, and on-site execution
- Train team members on marketing tools, policies, and procedures
- Ensure adherence to marketing guidelines and internal policies
Requirements
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Canva
- Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP and/or ASP is preferred
Education and Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
