Marketing Executive

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €32,000 Annually 

Our Client, a local private sector is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Engagement & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will support the marketing, engagement, education, and event activities. The role involves planning, organising, coordinating, and delivering events and marketing projects, ensuring quality and alignment with organisational goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage events such as webinars, conferences, networking activities, and educational events. Handle logistics, budgets, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct post-event evaluations and maintain records.
  • Support marketing campaigns (including email), assist in sponsor onboarding and relationship management, and help implement marketing plans.
  • Coordinate Institute projects, track progress, and report on outcomes.
  • Assist with education events, fairs, and initiatives.
  • Handle finance reports, general admin tasks, and other duties as assigned to support the department.

Working Hours: Winter Time: Monday - Friday : 08:00 - 17:00

Summer Time: Monday - Friday : 08:00 - 14:45

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
