Our client specializing in the hospitality sector is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. This person will mainly be focused on digital marketing, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and event-related initiatives. Your main duties will be to:
- Build and manage social media content calendars across venue accounts, driving engagement and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Work with the design team to create engaging digital assets including posts, stories, reels, and email graphics.
- Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy for digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Track performance using analytics tools, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Deliver regular performance reports to guide improvements.
- Keep websites updated with fresh and accurate content.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and convert audiences.
- Handle venue requests for POS materials such as menus, tent cards, and posters.
- Write detailed design briefs to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Visit venues to review placement, quality, and branding of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with venue teams to promote events, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives.
- Provide creative briefs for event marketing assets, from invitations to digital content.
- Support on-site event execution, ensuring marketing aligns with brand standards and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and create digital content across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored to digital media.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and innovation.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, venues, and external vendors.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital, ideally within hospitality, events, or F&B sectors.
