Marketing Executive

Our client is looking to onboard a Marketing Executive to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

• Develop and implement brand-specific marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
• Manage and execute day-to-day marketing tasks and integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store promotions, product launches, and customer-facing events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, international principals, and third-party vendors to develop marketing materials aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
• Maintain and update company websites, e-newsletters, and social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
• Create and manage content calendars across social media platforms to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences relevant to our market segments.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multi-brand marketing with a clear sense of positioning and audience needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience

• • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally spanning retail or lifestyle industries
• Proven experience in planning and delivering events and campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
• Digital marketing skills (social media, email marketing, SEO basics). Highly organised, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
