Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of brands spanning events, branded merchandise, exhibitions, audiovisual production, and photography. The role involves managing a small in-house team and working closely with senior management to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial growth across multiple international markets.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Proven track record managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM/automation tools.
- Competence in SEO, including keyword strategy, analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console), and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong grasp of social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with WordPress for content updates, plugin management, and site optimisation.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a small marketing or creative team is an asset.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00 (On Premises)

- Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Stable career history with demonstrable results in previous roles.
