Our client is a diversified organization operating across the automotive glazing, luxury jewellery, and corporate services sectors. They have now set up an operations office in Malta. They would like to engage a Group Head of Marketing to handle the marketing needs internationally.
The Role
- The group is seeking a commercially driven leader to be employed as its central services vehicle based in Malta.
- As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will be tasked with building a unified marketing framework from the ground up.
- The initial priority involves bringing brands to scale its digital and e-commerce presence.
- You will be responsible for balancing the distinct identities of various brands, ranging from silversmiths & jewellers to national service providers like windscreens.
- The position offers significant flexibility, allowing you to decide how to lead activity directly however in line with group business needs.
- Strategically, you will develop an overarching group vision while ensuring each brand maintains its unique character and meets commercial objectives.
- Responsibilities include overseeing the group marketing budget, managing PR, and providing regular performance reports to the Board of Directors.
- The role is based in Malta and represents a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity.
- As the group grows, you will ensure all marketing activities are directly linked to sustainable revenue and long-term value creation.
Salary package will depend on experience that candidate can bring to the table

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a multi-brand or group structure.
- You should demonstrate extensive experience across digital and traditional marketing channels, including e-commerce platforms and budget management.
- Prefarbly have a degree in Marketing or Business, excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in Malta
