Our client, an international company is looking for a for a Head of Content to lead and deliver the company’s content strategy, ensuring engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned communications across multiple channels. Reporting to the Director of Communications, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement content strategies across owned channels
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality written and visual content
- Analyse audiences and business needs to shape communications
- Ensure brand consistency and content governance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic objectives
- Lead storytelling and narrative-building initiatives
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in content creation/communications/marketing
- Proven success in multi-channel content strategies
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Excellent English and attention to detail
- Leadership experience with both strategic and hands-on approach
- The chosen profile must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
